1 Year Limited Warranty
All Annex Suspension Group™ products come with 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. The 1 year limited warranty is non-transferable and only covers product(s) purchased directly from Annex Suspension Group™ or from its authorized resellers. The original invoice is required for any warranty claim. Annex Suspension Group™ is not responsible for any fees for installation, removal, repair, replacement, or other incidental charges.

- Any damage caused by collision or accident.
- Any damage that shows abuse, improper use or storage of the product.
- Any products that are not installed by a certified mechanic.
- Any damage caused by improper installation.
- Any unauthorized modifications or repairs on the products.
Required Information
Documents for Warranty:
- Warranty claim form
- Original invoice that states the date of purchase, product information and authorized seller’s information.
- Picture(s) or video(s) that show visible defect.
- Shock absorber serial number(s)
- Dated pictures of the left and right side of the vehicle
If we cannot identify the issue through picture(s) or video(s), customer may return the defected product(s) to us for a thorough inspection.
